Produced in the old world style with a by-hand approach using gravity whenever possible, this wine is unfiltered and unfined. Aged in American and French Oak, the wine has a silky texture with a touch of coffee, mocha and berry fruit on the nose.

Mourvédre

Salt Lick Cellars' Mourvédre is a small batch production that is 100% Texas, exclusively using grapes grown at Salt Lick Vineyards. Aged in 2nd-year French and Eastern European barrels, this wine was produced in the old world style with a by-hand approach using gravity whenever possible.
